Meet our Nurse Midwives

Rosemary Meganck, MS, APN, CNM

My Philosophy

I consider myself a teacher and a guide. My goal is to provide my patients with information so that they can make the best decision for themselves.

Patient Experience

Rosemary sees herself as a partner to her patients. She provides advice, care and support during pregnancy, labor, and after the birth of their child. In addition to providing care to women during pregnancy and birth, Rosemary helps her patients with antepartum, post-partum, family planning and well-women gynecological care.


Rosemary received her bachelor’s degree in nursing from St. Xavier College. She then proceeded to graduate magna cum laude with a master’s degree in science, specializing in Nurse Midwifery, from the University of Illinois – Chicago. She has received numerous awards including the Joyce Roberts Award for Excellence in Nurse Midwifery.

Elizabeth Torres, MS, CNP, CNM

My Philosophy

As a provider, I see every person as a different person and I treat them as individuals. My goal is to provide the best quality of care possible.

Patient Experience

Elizabeth believes in providing holistic care to all women through education, advocacy, and quality care. As a midwife, Elizabeth supports her patients to maintain a healthy pregnancy and to have optimal births and recoveries during the postpartum period.


Elizabeth received her nursing degree from Bradley University in Peoria. She then completed her master’s program in science, specializing in Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner and Nurse Midwifery, from the University of Illinois of Chicago. Elizabeth is a member of several organizations including the American College of Nurse Midwives and the National Association of Nurse Practitioner in Women’s Health.
